Penguin Urban Design Guidelines

The Urban Design Guidelines assist to manage change in a sustainable way and to achieve the desired objectives for the town's future growth".
The Tasmanian Planning Commission approved a special area overlay and additional standards to the planning scheme which further the objectives of the Penguin Urban Design Guidelines. The amendment came into effect on 21 July 2010.
